DLP Manager Pty Ltd is a property technology (PROPTECH) company providing innovative web-based solutions to help centralise the many moving parts associated to the post construction period, also known as the Defect Liability Period (DLP).

Founder of DLP Manager, Chris Polin realised that for the business to track and manage prospective leads using spreadsheets and post it notes, simply wasn’t going to “cut it” if he wanted to grow the business to the level he had envisaged. Chris was also embarking on employing his first sales team member to help develop and drive sales process and of course, sales.
